My son’s started going to this store, bc thrifting is popular. But I’m really upset. Today my son was in there after school and got treated very poorly. Every piece of clothing he showed an interest in was promptly taken away. He wanted to purchase a sweatshirt and he was 99 cents short and they wouldn’t sell it to him, what’s worse is that he called me to take him the dollar he was short and the lady took it to the back. My son is not a thief. When I called to complain the lady said they get a lot of homeless. He is an honest kid, clean cut. Does not look like a homeless. Will not be back to this place!!!!

I thought it'd be a good thing to adopt from here...boy was I wrong. Their website has little information on the adoption process, and when you try to email them to get clarifications, you get very unhelpful rude replies. I understand that they're hardworking volunteers but they really act like you're ruining their day by wanting to adopt from them. Communicating with them turned out to be an unnecessary added stress, I wish their animals and mission all the best, but I regret ever reaching out to them.

Such a great organization! We adopted a wonderful little bun; he is the perfect addition to our family and best friend to our other rabbit. (Neat thrift store too!)
