Sorry, I wasn't paying attention to that..I do know that the kiosk will handle certain things only, not everything..if you Google DMV Kiosks, there is information and videos on what the kiosk specifically does..I hope this will help..

Yes, the kiosk prints out your new registration and tags immediately after the transaction is complete whether you're renewing late or not!
Please contact the DMV. The kiosk can renew vehicle registrations along with other transactions, but it can't help with an expired license.
It does not, only vehicles. Motorcycle tags will be mailed to you.
