Please!! Do not go here! As someone who had 3 major surgeries at Emory John's Creek, i can't begin to say how disappointed I am in St. JOSEPH'S. First of all I could not convince them to file my Medicare claim, then they gave me an incorrect diagnosis and wanted to schedule surgery. Thank goodness I went for a second opinion and found out surgery was not needed. I have now moved all my doctors to Piedmont Hospital.

Absolute disgusting service. Mother went into a surgery that was supposed to be 3 hours and ended up being 6.5 and at no point was my family informed about anything that was happening, even after she was “in recovery.” The doctor didn’t come Out to give updates or information and she didn’t even get a bed until HOURS later. How do you schedule surgeries and not have enough beds available for patients??? How is a family supposed to cope with NO details while their loved one is in surgery 3.5 hours longer than expected? Emory-DO BETTER.

I agree 100% with other reviewers - Consistently terrible care - been here on 3 occasions. Very unhealthy environment despite this hospital having a beautiful onsite gym - obesity prevalence amongst the nurses some of the worst I have ever seen. Too many nurses sit on their phones vs. tending to patients. Snide remarks to healthy patients who exercise, clearly out of jealousy and resentment. You don't want this staff taking care of you - toxic cancel culture present towards select patients, unprofessional as their oaths mean nothing. Find care elsewhere.

Yes if you go to through the cancer center parking is free if you park in the cancer/ hematology
Yes they do. St Joseph's Mercy Care Clinics is the branch that handles that issue. It works I spent 7 weeks in hospital last Nov and Dec not one word about the bill. Its leaps and bounds above Grady. Good Luck
Call medical tecords at Emory.
Purple parking lot parking is reserved for Winship Cancer Institute patients.

No but it is encouraged
If it's Cardiac ablation it is done in the cath lab
Contact the hospital tell what you want and they will assist you.
I know there is someone there if someone is in the ER that needs one. But for outpatient and inpatient I will be willing to bet its not.
Main entrance front door
You can go online or come into the human resource department an do an application you have Emory St Joesph Emory University hospital an also DeKalb medical which is now part of Emory
I know that there are a few brand-named hotels within miles of the hospital. Be cautioned of the Super Bowl in February however. The availability and rate of rooms will likely be outrageous. It probably would not hurt to ask the hotel's general manager (he or she can make the decision) if they offer special rates for hospital patients or their family members. Most reputable brands will do so but you have to speak to someone who makes decisions, hence my suggestion of speaking to the hotel's general manager. Being that the hospital is nearby it's likely that they do but you have to ask. Best of luck to you on a successful surgery and a full recovery.
Yes you can call to pay the bill and they can set up a payment plan.
You will have to check with your physician to see if he can do this.
Sorry I am not sure you would need to call and verify
I always use valet for the ER just ask them and they will stamp it and then when you go to get your car the valet will see the stamp no charge but for the ER ONLY oh one more thing if your going to Cancer Treatment Center remember to get your parking validated as well
Sorry I don't know.try Google maps
It depends on where you are going for cancer patients parking is free and sundays there are reserved parking for Mass.

Saint Joseph's Infirmary that was originally located at the intersection of Courtland and Baker Streets broke ground for a new facility in Sandy Springs Georgia in 1975. The hospital opened in 1978 and the name changed to Saint Joseph's Hospital. It is now located at 5665 Peachtree - Dunwoody Road.
Yes. There are quite a few to choose from.
9a to 9p
Saint Joseph's Hospital has a cafeteria and there are some snack machines
Honestly I would not, I repeat NOT use any doctor in that compound. My client was seen for a plethora of issues, so I got to know a lot of the doctors there. I've never met so many arrogant, unsympathetic, worst bedside manner doctors and nurses in one place in my life (aside from the floor where I stayed after having my gall bladder removed at Grady. They were terrible, and most of the workers behaved like they had no knowledge of how to treat patients. In addition to practically abusing the elderly patients by neglecting them completely.). Good luck to you, I really like piedmont in midtown. I stayed there for three and a half weeks freaking with many serious issues and they treated me like I was their own daughter. Treated me kindly and had excellent braise manner as well as knowledge in their specialties.
Unless they moved it it should be right off the emergency department
Thank you.ill try the cleark of courts that's where I went.its 70 dollars for a copy.times have changed use to be 10dollars
