The billing department are thieves. Gave birth here in Oct 2021 and they messed up with my insurance billing and acknowledged that they owed me money but have avoided me for a whole year and counting. Every rep spoken to says they will resolve it but nothing gets done and eventually gets lost with time. I am too busy to hold these idiots’ hands to do their jobs. There’s no accountability and they’re ALL incompetent! It’s disgusting. I will never come to this hospital ever again. You can’t reach a nurse when in need - it always reaches an operator which then passes the message along through the portal. When I message through the portal myself, some of the nurses don’t even read through my records and give a general answer to just get rid of me. I am thoroughly disappointed. The Ob and L&D nurses were great but that’s typical of many hospitals. Billing will always be a pain anywhere but based on my experience throughout Emory - I would recommend going somewhere else. NEGATIVE, NEGLIGENT, BEWARE!

Just no. Unclean, unprofessional, negligent… and more! Go to Grady.

Do not go to Peachtree Immediate Care! They are crooks! They charged us copays totaling $45 and when the bills were processed our patient responsibility was $0.00. It took two months to get refund checks processed and sent to us. We deposited the checks and they refused payment for the checks! So our bank charged us for the $45 checks plus a $30 return fee ($15 for each check). Ridiculous!

No body said if i broaght my mother and father that are 80 years old for my mother to have surgery that they were going to make me wait at the front door of the hospital. The front desk was rude. I will never ever come back not even life or death ( my own ). Circumstanses. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Yes and No. Each Hospital has their own specific Criitical Care Unit. Each Hospital can help in any way you may need. Emory is a teaching hospital. Grady is Trauma care hospital.
The Kaufmann Clinic is excellent. Professional, attentive, I highly recommend it. They are my PCP since I moved to Atlanta. 5 stars!
Just ask google to please call emory midtown
1 person at a time 16 years and up only

That was 3 days ago I'm in ICU at Emory Midtown and they are working hard to help me
Yes. The ICU or information can tell you, but you have to ask.
Yes
Yes.Emergency room.
16th floor MOT
You may reach out to her doctor and request to be a care partner and he or she will arrange for your visit with your wife while here at Emory Midtown... Pamela Roy RN
I am not sure
They won't let her stay in the facility while you have surgery. I know this cause we've been at the hospital for over 3 weeks now. My son is a adult special needs child and they wouldn't let me stay during his surgery... Yes they have wifi, but not sure if it will pick up good outside of the hospital.
They will get the person's cell phone number and call them when you are ready.
Yes
Yes but only for a short time, they also have a parking garage and valet parking also...
Not that I know of 🤓 just really great doctor's 😊 sorry 😔
You can Google that answer
I think you should call the hospital and see if they do tours for that area of the hospital....
Any psych facility you go to does not allow cell phones, tablets or any other electronic games or devices.
There's camera in the hallways not sure if any at the nurses station because of the HIPAA laws and patients information are sometimes open in that area. But call Emory security and explain it to them and see if they can help resolve it. It would also help if you knew the person name that place it at the nurses station.
No, you must have some type of insurance. Grady is the only place you can go without it. You may want to try private practice or begin the process of obtaining him some medicaid through DFCS.
I'm not sure but I think its only available during office hours
You can go from 7am to 8pm. But they also allow all the way to 10pm in some departments
I would get you doctor to take care of that for you.i can tell you on thing , they saved my life, an my husband had a accident they took him in with a wing an a prayer an he went to trauma center , to surgery, home, no problems since.praise God!
I've not been in the hospital. My Mother was and she had a phone in her room.
Wow, seriously!!!
You should enter in the front door, where Valet parking is. Go to the Right pass the information Desk. The check in for surgery is to the left of the information desk...
Yes they do
Yes. ICU is really the only unit that is regulated by age, which is usually age 12 and up.
Never heard of the doctor. Call the number you have for the doctor.
You would need to be in the Patient Portal on their website to see it change appointments. I believe you should call to set up all initial appointment though.
In the Peachtree Bldg. If able park at Linden Street lot. Call hospital info 404 686 - 1000
Yes. Its located at clinic tower on Clifton Rd across from the main Hospital
Definitely check the Medicaid website for provider info.
Not known, best way to find out is to website Medicaid providers.
No but there's a laundry 1 block away.
The clinic is closed on Sunday. You would have to be seen in the ER.
The medical office tower shares the exact same entrances as everything except for the emergency room. All you have to do is follow the Google Maps instructions and it will take you directly to the front part of the hospital you can Valet Park from there and as soon as you walk in the main entrance there will be a help desk directly in front. From there you can ask for the correct elevators to go to Mot.
550 Peachtree st NE
Not sure
They have an 24-hour emergency room
I would think you need to contact your bank or credit card and let them know what's going on and let them investigate it and put a stop on your card
