You would need to be in the Patient Portal on their website to see it change appointments. I believe you should call to set up all initial appointment though.

You can't. You talk to the anesthesiologist day of the surgery.

I believe its possible. You nust have to be logged into the appointment system. I recall them mentioning I could cancel an appointment online once.

I'm unsure if you're able to make an appointment online.
