If you're a Guy, she won't help you at all. Don't waste your money with this corrupted women. Once she takes your money, she will NEVER answer you any calls or messages. My brother and a friend of mine had terrible experiences with her. This laidy (Rosa E) is the equivelent to having a public defendant in court with that added out of pocket expense.

I’m not one to normally leave bad reviews on places I’ve had bad experiences with but I cannot let Rosa Elena continue to rob people of their hard earned money. I hired her to help me win a custody battle with my son’s mother. Not only was the entire process with her stressful and hard enough, but every time I spoke to her the conversation seemed tedious and below her. As if my case did not matter. And also, Good luck getting ahold of her. Professionalism? Out the door. She was rude and spoke to me in a way that made me feel inferior. I thought attorneys were supposed to keep you knowledgeable of whats going on in your case. If Google allowed to leave negative stars, rest assured I would. Don’t waste your good money and time here, you’re better off researching other renowned attorneys with reputable careers. I am currently trying to get her to withdrawal from my case back in 2018 and it’s ridiculously hard to get ahold of her.

We hired her for my brothers case which she never did anything for him. Every time we would call for an update they would say she was too busy to answer or let us know how his case was looking. She charged 9,000 when she did NOTHING. At the end we fired her because she literally wasn’t answering us or doing anything for him & got him a much better criminal lawyer Graham D. Donath . He did such a great job and actually fought for him. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money on Rosa.

This attorney is rude, doesn’t return the calls when she said she will. Mrs. Elena (attorney) even said I’m very busy right now for new cases. She doesn’t give you any sense of encouragement to hire her. I am very glad for doing my research and even speaking with her abruptly to see how she is. I understand we all have problems but your supposed to be a professional and instead she was Rude and discouraging. I would not recommend or hire her. And she charges a lot of money. There are other qualified and way more professional attorneys. Just do your research.
