— Dec update — Still dragging on. To date, Mr Basile’s office has been ineffective in bringing this to a close. I’ve lost almost $1k in expenses and I’m giving up. I look forward to changing agencies in the near future. — Oct update— Despite Mr Basile’s awareness of this situation and assurance that someone would follow up, no one has. I did find someone in the office that demonstrated interest in helping to resolve the claim, but little has moved forward. Nor has he shown any interest in retaining our policy. This claim has been months pending and has all but been completed, but his office seems unable to help bring it to a close. Sigh. So we’re essentially stuck with this insurance until we can find some way to close the claim. —original review— What horrible insurance. We have been Allstate customers for almost 30 years. We had an accident almost two months ago and the person that hit us accepted full liability. Allstate has been dragging their feet, uncommunicative, and completely unhelpful. David is our agent and we have called his office several times looking for his support and to talk about our options - HE hasn’t even answered our calls. We’re stuck and without a car. I do not recommend this agency his insurance, and am planning to change insurance as soon as this settles.
