On the second level they are slightly but if a tall person sit in front of you, it will be hard to see.

Great views from any seat so if you sit near the top your view shouldn't be obstructed

No, not raised, only on a very gradual slope. If you want good seats go to higher ground or up front.

They aren't raised, more on a slope like a movie theater. It's an old church so you are sitting in pews.
