Had a wonderful dinner, good cocktails, was ready to see one of my all-time favorite Guitar Players in the whole world when I discovered I had missed my event the night before because I put the reminder in my calendar while several time zones away! Total bone-head move on my part. As we were bummed but still laughing it off, a staff member offered to assist us (it was clear we were clueless). We explained our predicament, told her we had a great dinner and would be back and headed out the door when she quickly informed management and before we knew it, we had store credit for the cost of our tickets. ***SERVICE INDUSTRY*** THIS IS HOW YOU PROVIDE STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE! #BeLikeCityWinery - We're already booked for another show (my wife has pinned a note to my shirt with the correct date). Looking forward to dinner again and the show.

Great venue...staff is hustling and the sound is great!! Did I mention free parking?

Horrendously overpriced. First they rip you off on the prices, then they rip you off by charging 23% tax (where are we? Finland?) and then they even have the gall to ask you to tip? The result is that a cocktail costs the same as it does in the plaza hotel on Central Park. And let me tell you, this is no Plaza hotel. Lastly they even ask you to prepay to order and you have to order through an app. Luckily before I ordered a carafe of wine for $50++ I went up to the bar to taste what was on offer. The bouquet was best described as metallic. As if the vinegar in the wine had been marinaded in aluminum pans for a year or six. Truly awful! However it didn’t poison me so two stars, not one!

Arrived for dinner reservation for my wife's birthday. First off the plates where dirty, the server left our wine at the bar for 10 minutes and when they where brought to our table the glasses where dirty and the wine was second rate. Secondly, I tried ordering two separate menu items for dinner to only have the kitchen come back and say they where out. It was 6 pm on a Friday night. We cashed out and got out of there immediately and went to NashHouse where we had a much better experience.

Valet parking for $6 (free for vinophile members, which has other benefits). Self-Parking in adjacent lot (on same block) also affordable.
Leave your kids home. No one wants to see your kids at a winery. Seriously
Yes! It is a wonderful venue. Enjoy.
Hi there! Yes we do. Our full safety policy is available on our website.
Hi there! Reservations are recommended but not always required. We hope to see you soon!
Yes
Hi Larry! If you're coming by for a visit to our restaurant, there is no admission fee, you'll just pay the cost of your food and drinks. If you're coming by for a winery tour, admission is $40 and includes a tour, flight, and charcuterie & cheese board. If you're coming by for a concert, admission prices vary on a show by show basis. You can find ticket prices on our website. Hope to see you soon!
I'm not sure. It would be best to give them a call.
Im not sure. I only just went last month for first time, but i have an air and b and you can have a house, for what a hotel cists. It is fifteen minutes from downtown and city winery offers a discount i believe wuth LYFT. My home is called Nashville Hideaway. Here is the link.. https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/31980199?s=1
I dont know the answer to this one . It did however seem like everyone working there loved it
Dinner yes dancing no
Right next door the homeless shelter the mission.
There is about 4-5 within a 8-10 minute walk. Right by the convention center
Its in the very front of the stage if i remember correctly.(been a while since I have been there.)
All the seats on the floor are good seats.
There is a City Winery location in Nashville and New York. I'd say the City Winery Nashville location holds around 500 in the main venue area, has 3 seating levels areas including a balcony. There are 2 additional bars in the front upstairs, front and downstairs areas outside the main venue, and the venue is at least 5000+ square feet in size.
It can hold alot of people. Has a main floor then a floor upstairs for overflow.
Yes, it is
You can sit at the bar or stand in the lobby .. we stood in lobby ...
No dance floor. But many artists don't mind if you get up to dance.
