I prefer main floor, row M or forward as close to center as possible. M is the first row under the balcony, L is at the edge. The balcony doesn't really inhibit your view until you are further back but not being under it is better.
Middle balcony
Middle areas are the best.
Most of the seats offer great view of stage. I like sitting in balcony, under the sound board station
Try either for the middle upstairs or down . I was sitting at the side still brilliant but not looking face on..would be better
Center balcony or center floor. Side floor isn't bad, either. Acoustics are great throughout the place, though!
Agree with other comments - virtually no bad seat in the house. I think acoustics are better in the balcony, tho.
Actually theres not a bad seat in the house
You can sit right in front-few feet from stage
The balcony has the best seating
Balcony is good. There really isn't a bad seat
Any middle up or down close to middle
I toured it haven't a clue.
Seating sucked if u ask me.its on benches.
Yes but may vary based on show. We saw a concert and they brought in chairs to fill
Sonically, not a bad seat in the house. Visually, i concur with those above- center 1/3, probably balcony. Front row to back, you're still 'right there'... from the stage, you can see every face in the audience (trust me).
For the best view in the best sound would be center of the balcony close to the front of the balcony
Down the middle up our down stairs is great at the Ryman but there is no bad seating at the Ryman
Middle balcony as close to front of it as possible.
