It's rather random in offering care. They do not do anything for pain. If you get lucky they may offer a small script but I wouldn't count on it. They send you on to the ER for most any reason so just go ahead and go there. It's a waste of time to go there first. Don't lose your rx because they will make you come in again. Other than the pain relief issue, providers are kind and professional. I've been going here about 6 years and I would recommend to someone who has a medical problem thats not too serious such as rashes, sprains etc. The location is prime because it's on the corner and it is also just across from the CVS pharmacy. I'd go here again.

We were "greeted" in a curt way. The yperson registering patients needs to understand everyone doesn't know their protocols and explain in a slow, gentle way what is expected of them. She snapped at me that I must wait in the outer lobby and use the phone because I had a symptom on her long list she read off very quickly. Could have explained, "we are asking people who are sick to use the phone to register because you may be contagious. Please step out there and pick up the phone."

The front desk lady is very rude. The staff tells you to come back and drop off a urine sample and then when you go back, they say "well the order was complete so, you need to check in to wait 3 hours to see a doctor just to drop your urine off". I told them there was no sense in waiting 3 hrs to just drop urine off and the front desk lady said "well, we can't charge you money if you just drop it off, that's why you HAVE to see a doctor". They don't care about the patients, all they care about is money!!! They tell you one thing and then do another! Go to a real clinic!!!!

If I could give 0 star's I would!!!! I've been here several times throughout the years and have never had a decent experience here. Save yourself the headache and go to the valley for some real help.
