Update 2022: Disappointed to have to update my original review. Our first visit last year was great and today it was awful. My mom and I walked in to the empty store and said hello to Kim and let her know we were browsing. My mom later asked Kim if she could try on a wig. Kim asked if she was buying it, my mom said she wanted to try some on first. Kim hesitated and said we needed an appointment to try on. The website says walk-ins and appointments welcome. Then she tried to sell us really hard on hair toppers she mentioned them several times even though my mom said she wanted a wig. My mom even mentioned we had purchased one from here before. So we made the appointment but Kim didn’t even ask any questions to help us out. She didn’t ask what styles mom was interested in or offer any suggestions besides pushing the hair toppers. It was very strange. So unwelcoming, she made it obvious she thought we weren’t going to purchase even though we had full intentions to pending try ons. Then not even five minutes after we left, my mom called to cancel and express her disappointment. Kim pretended not to remember, even though we had just been there. Then she said she was the only person working so she couldn’t do a try on. That is a reasonable explanation but it would have been nice if she had explained that to us while were there instead of her unwillingness to offer us any helpful service. I didn’t understand all the other unfavorable reviews before, but now I definitely do. Original Review 2021 : I went shopping with my mom, who was searching for a wig to wear on vacation this summer. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, the store is neatly organized, and they offered a variety of styles. Kim helped my mom find the perfect piece. She tried on two that were nice but not “the one”, then Kim brought over a third option that fit just right! Perfect style and color that was exactly what my mom had been searching for. Meanwhile, Shim showed me the various hair accessories the store offers and showed me easy styles that I could wear with them. I have a wedding to attend this fall and i’ll definitely be back to have them help me pick out some hair clips.
