Hi Virgina, Yes, we do carry natural hair wigs/pieces. With natural hair wigs, you simply place it on your scalp and it will stay with the correct sizing (which we can help adjust). Compared to synthetic hair wigs, they are lighter and cooler, just like your own hair. We hope to see you soon! -Susie
