Definitely recommend. No-hassle, simple reservation, test drive, and purchase. The car had an issue surface after purchasing and there was no issue having them attempt fixing it within the 90-day warranty (note: service was done at the Scottsdale CarMax). When that fix ended up not working (outside of the 90-day warranty) they covered it under their 1-year service warranty. In my experience CarMax really stands behind the cars they sell.

Yes we can buy your vehicle. Best way is to bring it to be appraised. We are open Monday thru Friday 10am to 9pm Saturday from 9am to 9pm and Sunday from 12pm to 7pm
Ask the sales manager. Logically, Carmax would buy the car back from you (assuming it's within your first 30 days), which would pay off that loan.

They will give you a free appraisal at any CarMax dealership. my appraisal took approximately 30 minutes and I had an offer. The offer is good for 7 days. You can also use that offer as leverage if you trade your car in at another dealership.

yes they will give you an estimate and then you decide if you want to sell it to them or not no pressure. I liked it because I didnt have to mess with selling it myself.
it's very easy just take tour car in, they will look it over and then give you a price they will buy it for. no pressure, if you dont like the price you can leave no questions.
