Being able to drive long distance to get to dealership, I was extremely pleased that they were able to give me an early Saturday morning appointment. So, I did not have to do the service during my work hours. And as always, their service was done quickly / effeciently, and everyone was as usual, very pleasant to work with.

Very thorough. I was disappointed as the Auto Butler did not include the fixing of the paint needed to repair the original 2 inch scrape at the bottom of the driver door. I could not get a verification of how to have this repaired. It was there when we purchased the vehicle.

This is a good dealership - the people are friendly and my service has been good. However, they seem to have overscheduled their service dept on my most recent visit. I was having my first service done for 3,500 miles on my new Palisade which consists mostly of an oil change and tire rotation. It took 4 hours before my car was finished. I don't know if the fact that it was done on a Monday was part of the problem.

I'm only familiar with their service department, which I've only had one experience with...and it wasn't that great. It took too long for a simple repair on my vehicle considering I scheduled my appointment a week in advance, requiring me to rent a car longer than necessary... and they didn't communicate with me, requiring me to make several calls to them. That said, they did a good job, as far as I know.

Not sure, but I thought that would be predicted on warranty, like 60,000 etc, unless you purchased road hazard warranty.
Yes the parts were available when I took my car in and it took about an hour. I really think it was less time than that
