We had an old flat screen tv that we didn’t know what to do with. Someone told me about this place and I dropped it off on Saturday. Easy and quick.

Had a bunch of paint that we had for years in a closet that we no longer needed, so looked up Gilbert Hazard waste, and read the information on their website. All I needed was my ID and a water/garbage bill to show proof I was a Gilbert resident, which was not an issue, to use the service. The directions were clear as how to get there and where to go - Very clean and organized drop off area. Was met by a friendly gentleman on Saturday morning at 7:30 who checked my Gilbert residency, then proceeded to place all my paint cans on a cart, and take them away. A great service, run by professional, friendly and personable people. Thank you!

I use this Service a few times every year and recycle old paints, batteries, light bulbs, and automotive cleaners to keep all the hazardous chemicals out of our Landfill. It's a great Service that the City provides and more people should use. Staff is very professional and friendly. I give them an A+ Rating!

I don't believe anyone take Styrofoam. Unfortunately. If you find some who does share it please.
The library off Greenfield and Guadalupe (?) was taking cardboard, but check because they stopped for a while. www.gilbertaz.gov/departments/public-works/environmental-services/recycling You can also put it in your blue trash can. Also there are some cans behind the Hale Theater in downtown Gilbert. They are located in the NE corner of the large public parking area.
