Also, if your vehicle has ever been in a accident, expect much less of an offer even if it's been repaired by the manufacturers dealer.
Yes, they do & will provide a note on what do afterwards (e.g. website to get refund on license plate fees... etc)

Yes they do, but don't get tricked into a deal on purchasing a vehicle from them. They will over charge you for the vehicle in the worst way.
