Improvements have been made. Phone is answered more regularly. Return phone calls still aren't returned. Staff is friendly and professional. Biggest complaint is a certain (more distinguished) medical assistant that wears enough perfume to choke an elephant from a circus tent. A little goes a long way!

Is there anyway to reach a doctor directley either via voicemail or email? The only option I was given was to be transferred to an assistants voicemail box.

No. They don't give out that info. You talk to a machine and the doc MIGHT call you back.
