Was not thinking about the July 4th Holiday weekend and on a long road trip thought I could look for the nearest Hilton to check in. Well...that didn't work out. After checking 4 Hilton's and 1 Marriot everyone was booked and by now it is almost 3 am. I found this Comfort inn, after leaving the Hampton Inn. The gentleman at the front desk told me that they had rooms available and upon seeing my hesitation, offer to allow me to look at one. This is definitely not a Hilton or Marriott product, the rooms and the look of the hotel was quite outdated, before the most part the rooms will need and the bed provided a comfortable enough sleep to allow us to get enough rest to proceed on our journey. They love me an extra hour to sleep in which I appreciate it and breakfast on Sunday was until 10:00 a.m. . I was surprised that the breakfast was pretty decent as I expected just cereal and bagels. They had a decent assortment of grab and go along with waffles, eggs, sausages, waffles and hot cereal. Everything was pretty clean and the lady preparing the breakfast was very nice and accommodating. Overall again not a Hilton or Marriott, but I was a bit impressed.

Very nice hotel. The receptionist was extremely courteous. The rooms were very nice and clean. This hotel was pretty big and the hallway, dining room, elevator, etc. Were very clean. Very few minor flaws in the room, nothing horrible. But overall a very nice hotel and I would for sure stay here again!

This place is horrible !!! We stayed for the fair and went home with rashes. The place smells like mold, bugs in the room, carpet dirty and even more. I asked to speak to the general manager Virgil, he had the nerve to have an attitude wheni was complaining about my experiance and how horrible the room was. He told me oh well you already paid. I was looking for housekeeper and no one to be found, When i finally approched one she didnt speak english and gestered to me she didnt understand what i was saying and walked away. A gentleman by the name of Brian was the only one that asked me if he could be of some assistance and listened to my complaints. Stay away !!!!!!!!!! We have rashes from that nasty hotel. Health department needs to be called especially about the mold smell and the bugs in the rooms !!!!!!!!! The customer service from a manager was awful and he didint care, only cared that we had already paid. If he treats his customers like that i can't imagine how he treats his employees. He needs to be fired.

Unsatisfied with low water pressure waited fifteen minutes or more to get warm water to shave with. The hall trash cans weren’t empty on a daily basis and were overflowing. Bathroom outlet gfci didn’t trip while in use tripped the electrical breaker twice in my room. The heating and cooling unit cover was broken and the buttons didn’t work easily. The elevator needs to be inspected and the floor lights didn’t light up nor did the elevator light outside didn’t work either. I heard other people discussing problems with their rooms to the front desk.
