Positive: The staff was great they were very helpful with everything from the checking in process to getting breakfast. They were patient and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Negative: The only thing I didn¿t like was not being able to stay longer.

The room could have been great, however one look at the floor in the bathroom was stomach turning. I don't think it had ever been cleaned. I spread towels down to walk on it. The sheets were not changed. I pulled back the comforter and they were not like clean sheets look like. They were wrinkled and used. I used to frequent Holiday Inn a couple of times a year, but after this stay they definitely lost a customer.

No mini fridge in the room, I brought food and drinks to keep in the fridge. A BIG inconvenience. Should have been told when checking in that the room had no fridge. Asked to switch rooms and none available. I was going to go buy a cooler but why put the added expense on me. I was also told they could keep my food in the fridge in their office and put my name on it…..ummm, not no, but hell no. Lisa, at the front desk said she’d talk with her manager about a room rate reduction, she later told me she could give $10 off the nightly rate. So to my surprise when I check out at 4:30 am, I see no room rate reduction. I wasn’t about to ask the young man what happened because he had no clue and I’m sure the manager wouldn’t answer a phone call. I wasn’t the only room with the problem. If you don’t have the amenities available, post it on your website.

Front desk check in man was nice and helpful with every complaint. The hotel owners need to attend to their investment. The first room we got smelled like cigarette smoke, the second room seemed fine so we showered and put our night clothes on and then discovered the AC wouldn’t work AT ALL, the third room that we were moved into the tv wouldn’t work and after looking it over we found that someone had unplugged the box and then wouldn’t work at all when plugged in. The hotel has been patched but not repaired. Needs owner attention terribly!!
