We are Hampton Inn members and have stayed in many Hampton Inns over the years. This is by far the worst Hampton Inn we’ve stayed in. They should be embarrassed to call this a Hampton Inn. Our room smelled bad and the TV only had 5 channels that worked. The staff couldn’t or wouldn’t fix it. The room key didn’t work and I had to stand in line twice to get another room key. The building is outdated and the hotel has an odd odor. We come to Richmond numerous times each year for softball tournaments and we will never stay here again.

Got my room just as it was cleaned up by staff. It was clean and neat. It is a bed not perfect for me but might be for others. Free breakfast from 06:00-10:00 am eggs, waffles, oatmeal, toast juice milk water bagels, cereals and fruits pretty good foods. Staff was very friendly and informative. I'm sure people will find thing wrong with this establishment but it is a bed and shower to rest and that my friends is good enough for me.

The staff is SUPER friendly and the rooms are clean, bed was comfy. Room needed updating, HVAC didn't have a temp setting, just ON or OFF. Otherwise had a great stay! Highly recommend for travelers who want a good night sleep.

Great breakfast, friendly staff and parking along the street for semi trucks, trailers and work vehicles. Hotel is a little outdated and could use some upgrades, otherwise I would give it a five star review. If you are a truck driver, best to come empty as the round about is on a hill and could give a driver issues getting turned around safely.
