Positive: Location was very good and the property appeared to be well managed. Staff was friendly and the accommodations were very good. Negative: There was some confusion on check-in and it might have been that the clerk was pretty new.

The service at the bistro was amazing, Kawana that works there is just soo sweet and helpful! My only critique about this hotel is the phone service. I stayed in room 101 the first time with great cell service, then the 2nd time room 423 and the service is absolutely trash! The hotel wifi isn’t any better either!

Staff at hotel did not turn over room as expected, citing concerns over covid-19. We requested the room to be turned over and am disappointed that all they could offer was an apology. The phone in the room is inoperable (no power or dial tone) so had to call from my cell phone to get additional towels and supplies. The maintenance man came up to confirm it was broken and when I tried calling the front desk with my phone, they did not answer. The ice machine on the floor (5th) was broken and the others had visible mold/mildew. The room smelled musty and felt concerned about the overall cleanliness, service, and safety of the hotel. I have been happy with previous stays at other Marriott locations and hope this unacceptable service is not rampant across other brands affiliated with Marriott

Stayed at this location for a week because of work and glad that I chose this over another hotel because it was closer to where I needed to be for work that week. The front desk employees were great and when I got hungry in the evening, I’m glad they have a Bistro open so that I didn’t have to leave the hotel or order take out. Although everything about this hotel was great there is one area that might need some improvement. Their Gym, it was smaller then I expected and barely had any equipment in there. The elliptical was broken, think the AC was not working either and they didn’t have Dumbbells that were less than 20# then it jumped to like 50# so there really weren’t any in between or lighter weight. I was kinda disappointed by that but I was able to find another gym close by so that was fine.
