Not recommended. Not a reliable service. Poor customer experience. Dennis hyundai is 30 mins drive from my place and wasted my 1 hour during office hours. Dennis Hyundai scheduled me for a recall appointment and at the time of booking the person checked that the part is available. However, when I showed up for appointment, service reps were having fun time taking to each other as there was no other customer and made me wait 15 minutes. When one service rep stepped forward, he asked me to reschedule the appointment as the part is not available. I asked them to pick my car for next time as its their fault for which they denied to entertain my request.

WATCH OUT FOR ADD-ONS I wanted to buy a car and the salesman told me the sticker price, but later advised there was a required $999 "treatment" they apply to all new cars. (He said, in a text, that he'd forgotten about it). How convenient. I spoke with another salesman, and he revealed that the treatment I was offered was the least expensive one they required, but if I wanted a different one, several others could be substituted. NO THANKS.

Waited a very long time to get an appointment for the engine recall. Finally got in August 24th. Waited three hours for the quoted 45 minute recall. No one came to get me when it was done. I finally went out after watching it sit in the bay for nearly an hour. Was handed my keys and told it was fine. Engine failed on the highway last night. Towed in and left by driver. Took three phone calls this morning to get a person on the phone who confirmed they had my car. Can't look at it until next week, won't willingly answer any questions. Had to show up in person and beg for help to get a rental car that I get to pay for out of pocket. Seriously I am considering having it towed out to another dealership. Update: upgraded rating. Bryan has been very helpful and I have my fully repaired car back. Thank you.
