Dirty, on arrival, air conditioning was off....93 degree day, sink was totally blocked, man at desk was rude. Ad promised full breakfast....all they had was coffee with sugar and powered creamer.

Said they had continental breakfast, but all they had is coffee(not good). Rooms a left hot, so it takes a long time to cool off. Rooms a very dated, and felt like it need a good cleaning

Pretty shabby, but acceptably clean, sleeping accomodations. It's a place to sleep if you have limited options. RB

If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. Where do I begin? I called ahead to check the cost of my pet fee for four night and two dogs, I was told $50. I also asked if there were any restrictions due to COVID and was told no. So we arrive with two kids and two dogs, at 6:30am after driving 8 hours and the guy argues with me about my name. I was married, had to wait on my new ssn card and hadn't changed my ID yet. But everything else (credit cards included) have my married name. I even had proof that my name was changed by marriage. He was not going to let us in the room or refund us for the stay. Eventually he allows us to keep the reservation. The proceeds to tell me we owe $228 for the dogs. I demanded an explanation and he said $25 per pet per night. He couldn't tell me why the other front desk told me $50 only. Then we asked where the $28 came from. He said taxes, so we asked how he calculated the taxes. His response, " I don't know". We gave him almost all of the cash we had and he couldn't give me a receipt. Then we find out that there is no room service and no breakfast due to COVID. But they failed to mention that when I called also. So my family is tired, freezing and hungry with nothing left to buy breakfast. When we got into the room, the heat had been turned off so it was freezing. I had to keep my newborn in the car with the heat on until the room warmed up. The room was filthy. Your socks turned black from the carpet, there was mold under the sink and in the bathtub, the room smelled so foul I borrowed a candle from my fathers house to block it out. There was dust and dirt built up all around the door and windows. There were two vehicles that sat out front of our room every single night doing deals right out in the open. The front desk said they have been coming there for months. There was even a sign on the door that said $15 per pet per night, but the front desk wouldn't hear my complaint. I tried repeatedly during my stay to speak with the owner about my concerns however, she was never available and did not show up when her staff said she would be there. I even reached out to corporate who indicated they would not get involved until the owner reached out to me. Worst stay at a hotel, horrible customer service and just an all around disgusting location.

Realize that this is a budget operation. My main interaction was during check-in and checkout. Both were smooth.
