First off, house keeping came but only “picked up” the bathroom, didn’t clean it. Only changed sheets once while we were there for 3 days!!! Didn’t dump garbage. Location is great, service not so much. The indoor pool was just ok, looked to be green not blue, the hot tub looked brown I didn’t even dare it. Asked for extra pillows, instead of sending housekeeping they made us go down to front desk, kind of odd.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. My husband and I drove 11 1/2 hours to Virginia and stopped at this hotel. We checked in late at night only to switch rooms 4 times because of how filthy this place is. The cleanest room we could decide on had other peoples hair stuck to mold in the shower and a ripped curtain with a blood stain on it. But it matched the disgustingly stained carpet, so I guess I have to give them that! The lady at the front desk was kind enough to give us some Clorox wipes to clean the mold out of the shower but even after scrubbing it I did not feel like it was clean enough to shower in. We spent another 3 hours canceling our reservation through hopper, getting a refund, and booking at another hotel.

AC was broken. They didnt have any fans. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. The pool was shut down because of it. The elevator stopped working. The TV was barely standing up on its own. We were had to use our clothes and shoes to prop it up so it didnt fall off the stand. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were very sad. I will give the room credit for being clean and it didn't smell. But the hallway smelled like cigarettes. I can't believe we paid $145 for one of the worse hotel experiences I've ever had in a small town! Don't stay here.

Positive: We always love the amenities at Country Inns. Indoor pools, free breakfast. Olive staff. Negative: Hot tub spa is broken. Indoor pool is freezing cold. Everything was rusty in that room (the rust on the pool ladders comes off on your hands). No pool towels. The bedroom had items from the last visitor laying on the floor (as if the room wasn¿t cleane
