BLACK MOLD! These apartments are infested with black mold. The front office knows and will not do anythingZ absolutely terrible! Children are getting sick! Worst apartment complex I have ever visited someone in!

I have been living here for the past 7 months and it has been a great stay! The staff is super nice and helpful and all of my neighbors are friendly! This is also my first place on my own and I'm happy it's with a place that takes such good care of their tenants

Yes. It's $300 up front, non- refundable. Then I believe there's a monthly charge. I just left there Dec. 28, but I never had pets. I hope this helps, Randy!
I don't think so. My granddaughter will be going to a new school off of miles Jamison next year.
Rent is anywhere from $927-$1057 a month and includes water, sewer, trash, and pest control.
