She's in some position of marginal power, so beware if you have any questions or want some clarification... you'll be directed to her.

You start an eviction process. They can help you in the clerks office with what steps you need to take and what paperwork needs to be filled out. They also have Josh or Priscilla upstairs in the service center to help you and print any paperwork that may be required
There is a parking garage across the street you can get to from Grove St or there is the parking lot a little further up from the court house on the left that you can park in but I know during certain hours you have to pay. Otherwise there are side streets to park on but becareful, make sure to turn your mirrors in
