Unfortunately, this place provided the WORST experience I have ever had! Jonathan acted as if I did not know anything about cars, and I waited for a shuttle that they told me on the phone they would have: then when I showed up they said they didn't have it. When I dropped my car off, I planned around having transportation. Following this, they did not adequately complete the service. They made me feel uncomfortable when I walked in and then tried to get me to leave as fast as possible. I would advise you to go to another transparent dealership that provides sufficient customer service.

I gave a deposit and was told I’d have my car in 3-6 weeks. Periodically I sent a brief followup e-mail and was regularly told that my car is still not available. 8 weeks have already went by and no one has initiated any contact with me for updates. I emailed Giselle Rivera today and I got a bounce-back e-mail. Does this mean she’s no longer there? And who can help me? The car I’m purchasing is not custom made. I just wish the dealership was in better communication with me. And I’d like to have my car within the time mentioned. Or if something needs to differ from what I was told (I.e. 3-6 weeks) then why not initiate communication with me? When I call the Toyota Greenwich phone #, I’m on hold for a lengthy period of time, with automated menus (press 1 for sales, etc). However, so far, it’s been a challenge to get a live person on the phone. Please note that my main concern is the lack of communication if there needs to be delay “due to shortage”. I’m modifying my review slightly. I did get my car 4 months after I put the down payment. It wasn’t as quick as it was in the past due to shortage of cars in general.
