They charge you for everything an you can't have pools for the kids work on your car they charge for everything they can to get your money I would advise you to run as fast as you can from this place people are coming in one month an leaving the next I have been asking for the light in the kitchen to be fixed cuz it's about to hit the floor an they still hasn't come an it's almost a year later but wanna change 13 bucks for a drip pan for the stove smh an they don't give refund but will charge you really fast for something they have to fix God forbid you have a piece of blind missing they will charge you 15 bucks for that to be replaced an if you have kids an they have bikes in the yard you better take them in cuz they will throw the bikes in the trash an you can only have someone visit the night but 19 times out the year or they think they live here the trash is all over the road an the men that work here ride on the golf cart smoking an think they in a parade an do nothing so please if you can run the other way do it this place is horrible

Very slow on repairs....THE WORST PARKING RULES IN MY LIFE.... like a prison... you cannot have unexpected guess after the office closes because if you don't get a pass for guess cars will be towed... so pray for no after hour breakdowns that u need a loner car or use of a car other than a registered car to u in the office... so in other words no deaths, getting sick, out of town family visits, rental car for weekend, pastor visits, birthday parties, cookouts for kids or graduates, bridal guess, or etc... because it's no live in management or staff for guess passes... especially after the office close so pray .... crime ain't that bad but trust in tenants are close to zero.... You'll see PARKING AND REPAIRS ARE THE WORST....
