I have lived in Summerwind for almost 4 years. I love my apartment, the amenities here and the location. We love the dog park and dog wash station. It makes living in an apartment with a dog enjoyable. We don't plan on leaving any time soon. Wish the dog park would get some grass or something so the dogs don't get so dirty, and I wish people would pick up after their pets, but that isn't Summerwind fault.

Just moved in recently but so far we are really happy with our choice. Worked with Ashley in the office. Can't say enough good things about her. She made the whole process very smooth. She is polite and professional. She answered every question or concern we had promptly. Our apartment is very nice, clean and quiet.

The area as far as the apartments is nice. Nice and quiet. I recommend you come and check it out. The office is open 7 days a week. As far as the area in general, I feel like it's perfect because of the intersection (HWY 17 and Dorchester Road), you can either take 17 towards Central or Main Street or you can take D. Road to Old Trolley, Bacons Bridge, Ladson, or Ashley Phosphate. Nice area to be close to everything in my opinion. Hope this answers your ? !!!!
No, the apartments are not furnished but they do include a washer/dryer and possibly a balcony depending on what floor you select. I definitely recommend checking them out. They are open 7 days a week.
It should be in you laundry room in what looks like an electrical cabinet.
