The staff here is amazing. The manager, Terri, is very accommodating as are the other young ladies in the front office. I can't thank them enough for making my move in, as well as my move out pain free. The maintenance team, Sean and Nash are friendly and have your issues fixed immediately. I really have nothing negative to say about this apartment complex itself, other than the ignorant people who lived above me. I lived here for three years. I was sad to leave, as I found comfort in feeling safe in this tucked away village. I would recommend this complex to anyone!

No, Farmington village does not offer recycling.
I believe 10 pm. A guard will come around that time and lock the gates. If you are cool, not making a scene and get to know him he may keep a gate open for you to stay longer if you tell him your apartment. But that's once you get to know him. I didn't tell you that though 😋

Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.

MAA is dedicated to the more efficient use of our natural resources. We employ smart irrigation practices at most of our communities. These include implementing weather-based control systems, low-flow irrigation devices and the use of reclaimed and well water. We also use drought-tolerant plant material in our landscaping that requires less water and incorporate hardscaping to reduce turf area. Our highest irrigation use properties undergo annual efficiency audits. Since 2012, we have saved almost 100 million gallons in our landscaping program as a result of our conservation efforts. Many of our communities install low-flow plumbing fixtures in our kitchens and baths and we monitor community water use throughout the year to spot opportunities for improvement.
