I’ve been living here for a year now and when I first moved in it was managed by Greystar and the front office staff was amazing. When they sold it I should’ve left then! The front office staff now NEVER answer the phone. Management is never on duty, Sarah in the front office is very useless. I’ve called several times about noise coming from a neighbor that always has activity after quiet time just to be told it’s nothing they can do about it. Like Really? So we’re unable to get a good nights rest because of constant noise from above us and my kids are awoken throughout the night & all you can say is call the courtesy officer instead of mandating quiet time rules that’s ridiculous! For what we pay in rent we should be able to enjoy our home in peace. Not too mention it’s a hole in our roof that water comes through and now it has mold surrounding it and I’ve complained since two weeks ago and still nothing has been done. I’m Really considering breaking my lease they are horrible!
