Been here for three years and I’ve seen this place just run down so bad the grass is never cut no maintenance man. The burn unit on my stove has been out three weeks or more I’ve called the office several times to no avail. Looking for another place to rent🤷♂️

It's a standard $534 a month but this property is income restricted, meaning you can't earn too much or too little to qualify.
There are 2 bedrooms available out there however, as with any income based housing, there will likely be a wait list. Certain extenuating circumstances may help ypur situation, but the only way to know for sure is to go into the office and apply. Last time I checked a 2 bedroom out there if you qualify was around $537.00 a month. Good luck on your journey.
