If it were possible to leave 0 stars, I'd do it. The management here don't care about anyone but themselves; they just make sure they can collect as much money from you as possible. They have to be pressed and bothered several times before doing anything, and all they do is offer a half-baked apology or an attitude, before going back to their phones or computers. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. These people are the closest to demons I have ever seen.

My daughter was going to move in but after her first walk through the Roaches ran her out I called and ask if she could get her deposit back but was told very rudely no then called back and said you could get your deposit back if you pay $250 for a cleaning fee mind you my daughter never got to look at the apartment till after they got the deposit almost $600 I brought them the $250 the very next morning and was rudely handed my two deposits back very unprofessional strongly advise against this place I am speaking with an attorney because I'm sure this isn't the first time they've done this and I'm sure they're not even going to clean because there was nothing to clean she literally opened the door looked at the inside and walked out tried to get a lease was told they couldn't give me a lease my daughter had to come back in there and get the lease very unprofessional

Trying to return a phone call there ,but I don't get any answer .It's is different set up then before. Congrats on finishing the updates to the apartments. They were all ready really nice apartments & with the up grades I am sure they look fabulous. Still waiting to hear back on the waiting list ! I am excited to hope to be back living there once again.I read the article on the updates via Facebook. I am not sure where some of the reviews are stating roach infested .but I know when I lived there ,we always had a spray service & never did I have a problem. I'd you don't keep your apartments clean & don't take out trash ,then maybe you might be causing the issues yourself. There are dumpster everywhere & no reason to not take out one's trash. .I just know I was number 11 on the list ,that was like 2 years ago.I did get a call from Vanesea ,but I understand she isn't there anymore .Anyway I will just keep checking back ,& again Congrats on the remodeling. This Apartment complex is one of the worst an roach infested HUD places I've ever lived. The management staff turnover is ridiculous an trying to get your deposit back has been so long, I'm about to file papers against them in small claims court! Extremely disappointed an would NOT even recommend this place to live to an enemy!
