Office staff is rude and disrespectful. They are money hungry and don’t even bother applying bc if you get denied they wont send you the check for 30-45 days and Rachel in the office has no answer when they will send it bc she “isn’t an accountant” this complex is a joke and they wont fix anything in the classic units bc they want to renovate and drive the price up over $500 a month. Do not waste your time

Tengo 4 años viviendo. No. An querido canbiarme la alfonbra. La verdad. Solo quieren el dinero...... I mean the new management. that last week I went to report that the air conditioning is not cooling well, they told me, in 2 days they would crash it, and a week has passed and they did not appear to do the work. I tell them again and they tell me that the thermostat has to be at 78. degrees for it to work properly. it can't be that at 78. degrees it works. at 78. degrees it is very hot. It can't be that they tell me that, just from a desktop, without checking the problem. if it is new management, it is supposed to improve. they only think about their pocket and not about the problems of the tenants. please . to the new management or owners. think about your customers why our paid have the business..

I have lived here 5 years. Nothing fancy but affordable. Have never had any problems with them repairing things. I plan on staying here.

.loud 18 wheeler starts up early in the morning by window.really annoying.The apartment manager does not handle issues properly. I havent had a decent night sleep since i moved in.My lease says no pets but all my neighbors have pets,including a barking dog that keeps me up.Neighbors have no respect for their Neighbors or their lease agreements.
