After calling over the weekend to ask about units available, a nice gentleman told us three units were listed as vacant. He was very kind and stated he was not sure how many bedrooms were in each unit or when the units could be listed as available to rent--there may be cleaning still being done, etc. Monday morning I contacted the leasing office to ask about the rentals and the lady, whom did not give her name, that answered the phone stated she did not have any available units. I explained someone had told us over the weekend three were vacant. She explained further that one had burned down, one was waiting on cabinets (and stated that could tale up to 6 months), and the last one was completely gutted at the moment. Now, I physical went to look at the addresses that were listed as vacant from the outside and inside my car, very briefly over the weekend. None appeared to be burned down. None showed evidence of debrie recently removed like flooring or wall interior in the grass. In fact, all three units looked fairly decent from the outside. We felt like one of the three would be a decent shot at finding a place to live and save up money to purchase our forever home in a year's time. The woman running the leasing office is very rude and obviously not the best at managing property communications. Unfortunately, either way, she informed us that have a no pet policy as well. I'm not able to forego my cat for some snobby woman would has an ego complex. Would not recommend anyone to deal with her on a month-to-month basis.

Very bad place to live they do not accept pets even if you have your own house, there is no parking for your visits, it is like prison

Nor sure either but I didn't get that vibe from the person I met. Honestly, all neighborhoods had some level of drug usage but I didnt see a bunch of people hanging on the corners and there wasnt a bunch of people outside. I also didnt see tons of cars parked on the side of the road. When you see cars not in parking spots it could be a sign that the homes are overcrowded. The roads and lawns looked clean and kept. It a appears to also be healthily diverse. If you're thinking about moving there, I would drive through it at night (not Holiday like 4th of July though) on a Friday or Saturday and see if there's a lot of foot traffic or people standing in corners. Overall, if I were looking to live in that area, they'd be one of the places that I'd look into. I kinda wish I had stopped by the office to find out how much it costs to rent there. Hope this helps.
What's the issue with you alls website like I tried paying online it told me to pay a big sum from housing not me them so they want take my payment so we write checks thats what I had to do.
