Nor sure either but I didn't get that vibe from the person I met. Honestly, all neighborhoods had some level of drug usage but I didnt see a bunch of people hanging on the corners and there wasnt a bunch of people outside. I also didnt see tons of cars parked on the side of the road. When you see cars not in parking spots it could be a sign that the homes are overcrowded. The roads and lawns looked clean and kept. It a appears to also be healthily diverse. If you're thinking about moving there, I would drive through it at night (not Holiday like 4th of July though) on a Friday or Saturday and see if there's a lot of foot traffic or people standing in corners. Overall, if I were looking to live in that area, they'd be one of the places that I'd look into. I kinda wish I had stopped by the office to find out how much it costs to rent there. Hope this helps.
