Chelsea.. Chelsea.. Chelsea.. She is amazing! Friendly, extremely polite and always beyond helpful. She will answer all questions and pass along all the information the vet provides and answer more questions.. You can see she cares about your furry family member and the pet parent as well. She is always a pleasure!

Horrible place, I am literally cancelling my insurance through them at this moment. We have to drive an hour to even get there, this is AFTER I have to fight tooth and nail to get an appointment. You can't get any access to appointments for sick animals. I'm done. I've had issues with this place and surrounding Bandfields for a while now, they're all the same, absolutely horrific. I'm over it now, especially when I'm paying $100 a month for this insurance only to be told to "well just take them to an emergency vet." Well maybe I could afford too if your useless insurance wasn't stealing my money and giving me nothing in return every month. Keep the insurance long enough to get your pets fixed than drop it. It's useless after that year. Save yourself some money. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Let's not even get started on the fact they can never get the stool samples or urine samples. I'm not a veterinarian nor a Vet tech. It's not my job. It's your's. That's why you people get paid!

There is one in White Oak Shopping Center. A great one, the employees are so sweet. I took my dog of 10 years to euthanize it and the vet and workers were so good to me.

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 30, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 30, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 30, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
