Dr. Moore did all that could be reasonably done for our cat Meyawni when she had a tumor/mass on her neck. She was a 17 year old rescue, we had her for ten years. When it became apparent that the tumor was growing and we feared it would eventually intrude into her airway we had to make a decision. With Dr. Moore's advice, we decided that at her age and condition and to save her from possible pain and distress, it would be best to put her to sleep. Her and her staff were kind, considerate and understanding during the entire process. Our hearts were breaking as our pet lay between my wife and I and quietly left this world. It was very dignified and comforting. We had her cremated and the ashes returned to us as well as her paw prints. The care the entire staff at AMC was excellent and we salute all you for you care, understanding and professionalism. Thank you, Tom and Kathie Grant

So disappointed in AMC. You should be ashamed. I have taken previous cat to you guys previously and you handled that wonderfully. So we decided to start using this vet for other animals. Had to put down my dog and that was handled with the utmost care and respect towards me and my family and the pet. I have an 19 years old cat that took the turn for the worse Friday afternoon. She’s still not eating or drinking. Based on my previous experience I called AMC first thing this morning to arrange to have her put to sleep so she would not continue to suffer. I was told that now they need to do an exam etc Ans they no longer respect the owners rights to put a pet down. Seriously. So I said you can clearly see without a doubt and mind you she’s 19 years old. She hasn’t eaten for three days and is getting sick. Not only that she said it would be the next day before they would do the appointment. They are no longer about your pet. When things are real bad And you truly need a vet. This is when there true colors show. They are not about taking care of your pet. Clearly.
