I’ve never been treated more rudely in any establishment I’ve been in. I was looking for some chemicals, I don’t remember what, dry acid or something. Not shock. I called ahead to ask about it and was talked to in the most condescending tone ever and told that the terms I was using for the names of the chemicals were wrong. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to go in in person, because some people aren’t as good over the phone. In person it only got worse. The woman working the front counter had short hair, can’t remember her name though. She acted like I was bothering her with my presence. I stayed really chill the whole time and continued to ask my questions and she remained very rude, short, and condescending while, what seemed like reluctantly, showing me the chemicals they had for what I needed. I was desperate for chemicals because neighboring pool stores were out, so I bought my chemicals and left the store… Then I immediately got on the phone with my wife and told her “I don’t care if we are desperate for chemicals ever again, I will never go back to this place and tell everyone I know to steer clear of it.” Admittedly, this was last summer and I was upset but very busy and forgot about writing a review… But I just drove by them right now and remembered! Here’s that one star review I’ve been meaning to do since last year!

Bad service they don’t even sold what you want unless they have a sample of your water she treat people like is you new bad service what a waste of time

Very very rude people working here. I was looking for some shock and as soon as I walked through the door a lady asked can I help you very rudely. I stated I’m just looking for some shock for my pool. Her response was I can’t sell it to you. I said why not. She said she can only sell it if she can test my water and that she doesn’t see any water in my hand so she can’t sell it to me. I’m glad she was so rude so fast before they ever got any of my money. I went to rising sum pools at white oak and they were very nice and helpful not rude like this place. I suggest to find a different place to get your pool needs

Jessica was so much help. My pool water was not optimal to, say the least. She tested my water and got me on the right track with the right chemicals for a beautiful pool. This is a great place
