My husband and I went into this Verizon location at the beginning of April to add me to his plan. Associate convinced us to also trade in my husband's phone stating that he would get enough trade in credit to cover the cost of a new phone. We agreed. Flash forward to August and the trade in still has not been processed and Verizon cannot seem to figure out what happened. They haven't given us the credit that was promised and keep getting the run around all the while we are still paying for a phone that we were promised would be free. Note that since our visit in April, I have been in contact with Verizon at least 10 times about this issue and other billing issues we had due to this visit to this Verizon store and the main issue of the trade in has still not been resolved.

You wait at the entrance until an employee brings you in to assist you and they're barriers between you and the employee as you attend to your business after you decide on your purchase.
