It has been a rough 2022 for all business especially with shortages and shipping...through it all this pharmacy has made sure that I was taken care of. The entire staff takes the time and really cares for me. I trust them and will continue doing business here. For example, my pharmacist really listened and realized I was vitamin d deficient. I had to really press my doctor to check, and my pharmacist was absolutely right. So instead of more medicines, I just needed more vitamin D. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!!

Booked appointment to get COVID test weeks in advance, for a trip. Text message confirmations, directions to store all great. I arrive at minute clinic, where it said I was scheduled woman was rude and told me I wasn’t in the system. Should her the messages from cvs minute clinic and it didn’t matter. I decided to walk to the consultations at the pharmacy. That woman wasn’t any nicer and told me to go to the drive through line. I sit in the drive thru line for an hour on a scheduled appointment and when I get to the window I am told the system is down and you can’t take the test. I’ve now spent an hour and a half at a scheduled appointment and been treating horribly by 3 different employees. So I asked the question, the “lady” who told me to get in the drive through is 10 feet away. How does she not know your system is down and I got the response is how would she know

Went in for a covid booster shot appointment. Clerk decided he knew more than my doctor and couldn't find "company policy" about giving a booster shot, even though it's on the CVS website and the CDC. I've had bad experiences with CVS in the past and only went here due to availability. I'll never go to CVS again for anything. Avoid.
