We used Rising Sun to install our beautiful pool and spa. We worked with Josh who communicated with us throughout the entire process. We used Chasen Concrete for our pool decking around our pool. It is a stamped concrete patio with multiple levels and it is stunning! Each and every time the crews were here - either working on the pool, plumbing, electrical or forming the patio deck or coping or pouring the concrete - they were professional, punctual and worked really hard to get the job done and done right! Chasen Concrete installed stone around our spa, installed a waterfall feature wall, installed travertine coping, and poured a gorgeous stamped colored concrete pool deck. Everyone who sees it comments on how pretty it is and we agree 100%. Every step along the way of this huge back yard project went well. There were a couple of delays because of rainy weather and product availability, but the communication from Rising Sun and Chasen Concrete was excellent. When it was all done, Nick came back for a final walk-through with us and showed us how everything worked - he was so helpful! I highly recommend Rising Sun and their concrete contractor, Chasen Concrete for their quality of workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism. The quality of work by both of these companies is first class! Our pool is absolutely gorgeous and we love our new backyard paradise!

Always have what I need. Guy that works there always knows what will work if I don't know exactly what I need.

Once you have put the winterizing chemicals in the pool water, can you get in the pool to finish locating the float and getting the cover on correctly?

Unfortunately we usually do not, you either need to have permission from the owner of the property or only at yourself.
