Dr. Herring and Felicia make an outstanding team and deliver exceptional care. Today, I visited Dr. Herring for the second time since transferring care from another dentist associated with the same practice. Part of my reason for transferring care to Dr. Herring is as follows: The previous dentist repaired a broken filling without incident. Then, later during the same visit, the previous dentist assessed my daughter for her semi-annual cleaning. The previous dentist requested to speak with me about my daughter's need for follow-up treatment. Upon entering the room and while conversing with me, the said dentist did not remember me and did not recognize my name or face when he had, quite literally, just repaired my filling mere moments before seeing me in a different room in the dental office. While this might not matter to some, it matters to me. I want personalized care and consideration. Moreover, I want each of my healthcare professionals to take the time to engage with and to listen to my concerns. Dr. Herring does that and more; Dr. Herring is the epitome of professionalism. She has impeccable bedside manners. She has the distinct ability to, simultaneously, share her professional expertise, to deliver exceptional care, and to demonstrate overt acts of compassion, kindness, and friendliness. Dr. Herring takes pride in her work and actively seeks to build rapport with her patients, and it shows. I am a happy camper! Thank you, Dr. Herring and Felicia, for providing excellent care to me and to many others.
