I was supposedly approved on 8/20. I Missed the email and got an urgent message asking me if I still wanted the loan that I was pre-approved and given a loan number. i finally got them all my docs and then got an email today saying I am denied because I didnt demonstrate any employee wages with my submitted documentation. I submitted documents and asked what else i needed, nothing no reponse. come to find out they did take the loan on me becasue I could not get loan for ppp whatsoever because they failed

I was not able to receive it from support or emailing. I also NEVER received copies of the documents. Which I requested several times. Check your email that they send you about the forgiveness. I found it there.
Morning, We were Approved for the Loan on July 17 2020 we signed loan docs and sent our banking information but we haven't received any funding. we had call the number but no one is answering. What do i have to do next?
