Skunks are hiding behind the name of REVOLUT too. Keeping my money free of interest for 6 weeks now, after playing "what money?" card first and making me belive transfer never happened. Now 6 weeks after all papers are delivered to them, they are still keeping it. Stay away from JP MORGAN and REVOLUT at any cost.

Terrible bank, I have been a customer for 19 years and the level of service they provide and quality for loyal customers is absolutely zero. I have had their customer service department hang up the phone on me multiple times and they have made it clear that they do not value their customers at all.

As I write this review I am in distress as this bank have suddenly locked my online access for no justifiable reason and my money out of reach… I am a small business owner and I’ve been running my business for over 17 years. We made a wire transfer to the business account we run with chase to purchase merchandise for our business for the upcoming holiday season, then I made a zelle transfer from our business account to a personal wells Fargo account, next thing I got a mail that our chase business account has been locked… I was beyond shocked and this was where the nightmare began as all effort to call customer service to fix the problem proved abortive as for over two hours I was rerouted to the wrong people who couldn’t do anything and even after answering security questions they kept saying I couldn’t be verified … I don’t know what part of I am abroad and can’t walk into a branch and I need the money to run my business they all couldn’t understand.. they were all like mindless robots just reading a script… they all refused to give me an address or email to write to and even the customer support on Twitter is same robot…. This action by this bank is not just detrimental to My 17 year old business but it has been so detrimental to my health and I haven’t been able to do anything else since this nightmare began. I understand trying to curb fraud but why should it be at the expense of genuine people trying to do their thing???? This establishment doesn’t even deserve a star
