Unpleasant clerk not even sure how to describe our interaction the reception who gave tickets out was pleasant but the clerk that called my number was dismissive and rude. Wasn't able to get my transaction done. I will say I work for the DMV and the things I heard about us is exactly what I encountered there. Very crowded the PA system was low so you had to watch because I couldn't hear and it was hot and very crowded. Thank God I wear a mask I know monkey pox or Covid was in that room. Oh and just before I started to get on the escalator they turned it off. Who does that? I was also hoping to renew my NYC ID but I was too frustrated to even ask.

They keep closing early. Doors closed at 3:35pm. What do we even pay taxes for? Government workers are literally the worst and the slowest.

The city needs to hire a set of professional bilingual staff because the current staff are rude, discourteous and unprofessional. The city needs to investigate the practices implemented at these centers and how they handle cases. This site is poorly mismanaged and extremely disorganized x
