I spent a ridiculous amount of time simply trying to return a piece of equipment. Apparently you're supposed to sign in at a kiosk in front. Nobody made the customers aware so a few of us stood around waiting in line for quite a while until another customer was able to explain. The staff should have been the ones to explain that everyone needs to sign in on the kiosk. Wasted a whole lunch hour just trying to return a modem. I'd avoid this place unless you absolutely MUST go in there.

We're it not for not having another cable provider where I live, I would have dropped Spectrum a long time ago. Prices jacked up ever year. Almost doubled since 3 years ago. Equipment has to be changed frequently because being refurbished it keeps braking down. Got 1 star only because staff is nice. But company socks n it lies n steals from the public. STAY AWAY IF U CAN!

I always go to this location and they always make sure I leave satisfied. I had Sam work with me this time and he’s the best at costumer service. I ran in late after they closed and instead of turning me away he made me feel like I wasn’t an inconvenience. I wish more employees were clones of Sam. He definitely sets the standard for how a customer service rep should be to thief loyal customers. I’ll be back to this location and I recommend this location to everyone in the Clearwater area. Ask for Sam lol

Are you trying to do this without a caller box,? If so, it won't work. You need a cable box. Spectrum went 100% digital last October. Once you have a cable box, just press the guide button.

Our problem is that we were physically at the end of their cable, so we got vad reception. They have not changed the routing of cables, so we would still be at the end of their transmission. I asked them if they have updated that system, and they have not. Thanks for taking the time to reply to my query.
You need to pay and there are the worst cable companies to have in you home you cell phone can directly toll you who to use cheap of bright house
With the storms and breeze there have been some intermittent problems with service
