From 2020-2021 my husband and I visited Dairy Kurl often as we lived close by. It was always a good experience and we loved going. We have visited twice in 2022 now and both experiences have been not good. The place is dirty (tables not clean, trash covered in dirt, concrete around the place was very dirty, the building covered in dirt and napkins all over the place). The customers there when we visited seemed all annoyed by something about the place. I over heard that they had ran out of soft serve ice cream (on a Saturday night at 7pm) and the girl telling him was not handling it well, from what I could see. The service was ok but very different to how it was in 2020-2021. Anyway… not sure what changed but I would love to see this place doing better! It’s a Tampa Bay special!

Went tonight with my kids at 9:30. Ding the bell and stood there for over 5 minutes with no one coming to the window. Teenage girl and boy come from a area you can’t see from the window and told us there was no vanilla ice cream, swirl, or whipped cream . Ordered our kids stuff and sat down to eat it. Another family came after us and they got their simple order wrong. At 9:50 attempted to order a medium cone to go and was told by the teenagers they were closed yet their sign said 10 pm. This my friends is why these small businesses go out of business.

Visited on a cool Saturday night. Good soft serve, more than we could finish. Should have gotten a small or medium size as we had just had dinner. Service was quick and due to the cool temps, we ate in the car. There are picnic tables available for dining, but lighting is poor or they forgot to turn them on.
