Not impressed with how burnt my bagel is. I asked for a bagel toasted but not burnt. I work in the food industry and unless requested we would never let this go out to a customer. This is not okay!

Visiting from PA on a family vacation, we were immediately impressed with the stellar service provided by the staff at this Dunkin location! Chain fast food breakfast is away a quick stop and go, but these people truly know how to serve with a smile. Although there is an employee shortage, this crew delivered all our food in a speedy and thoughtful manner.

Someone in back burnt my sandwich, and they wrapped it up and gave it to me anyway. Edited from 2 stars for the burnt bread to 1 star because I just realized not only was my veggie-sausage sandwich charred, it was also a meat sausage sandwich. This is a completely unacceptable mess up.
